"Booked an executive car (Sedan/Saloon) but received a standard taxi - a Toyota Corolla with a very tired driver from London. Driving was erratic, distracted by his phone, uncomfortable and at times unsafe (70-80mph, tailgating). Car had a bad smell and was nothing like the executive service paid for. Driver also took 50 minutes to collect us at the end of the night. Overall appalling and dangerous service. Requesting a full refund!"

"When I placed my request for taxi service online, I immediately received a call from a gentleman explaining that the mileage would need to be corrected and that the vehicle would not be large enough based on my notes which detailed our luggage situation. This person also advised that I would be charged additional - because of the size of the vehicle required. Next afternoon, a small vehicle was sent. The driver was very frustrated - mad actually! He ranted that “it’s all a scam…”. I explained to the driver what transpired when I placed the order. That we required a larger vehicle, due to the volume of our luggage. Our luggage simply would not fit in a small sedan. I then called the main number, talked with a gentleman explaining (once again) our situation. Told him that I wanted my money back, due to services unfulfilled. He told me that I would get my money back. I told him that I wanted it in writing vie email that I would get my money back - I am still waiting for that email. I am very disappointed, frustrated. Feel like I’m getting the run around. As a result, we had to hire another taxi service, because “the replacement” taxi was a no show. "

"Strange taxi driver, complaining I lived far away. Very unusual as I paid for a service so I’m not sure why there was a need to complain to me? Seemed to have a lot of road rage, and honestly felt unsafe with his driving style Insisted on windows down even though it was freezing (due to Not wanting to run down electric car battery) - was a horrible journey and if a Tesla can’t handle that type of journey then you shouldn’t be using them."
"The driver phoned me from a blocked number twice (I assume) I was standing outside the venue but didn't know the driver name or registration number, I phoned phoenix and they told me the driver had gone. My group of 8 had to pay for Ubers to get home. I'd like a refund please."

"On the out bounded trip, the driver did not have a stand for his phone so he was constantly looking down to see the directions. This is not good standards and unsafe. On the airport pickup, I informed Phoenix that I had landed 30m early (7.30 instead of 8am) and could they do an earlier pick up. I was told that was not possible as I had booked an 8.30 pickup. I contacted the driver directly and he informed me he had an 8.30 drop off and so could not come earlier. In the end, his drop off was delayed (reportedly due to traffic) and I was eventiually picked up at 8.55 - 25m late. I complained to Phoenix and was only afforded a 15% discount on a future trip as, they stated, the delay was due to traffic. I told them that scheduling a drop off and a pick up for the same time would DEFINITELY lead to the pick up being late and it was their mistake for bad planning. I am not satisfied with service that cost £175.50!!"
